Westcountry Web Services started in 1999 as a web design & IT consultancy. With a diverse portfolio of clients from Michelin star restaurants (The Black Pig by Nathan Outlaw 2003), Architects and vending companies to rental agents & electrical contractors. How we help you get on-line

Domain Names

We’ll help you find the right domain name for your business. It’s one of your most  important business assets so we will purchase it in your name using your ABN & business details. We’ll manage renewals so it never gets forgotten & set up professional looking email addresses advertising your business not your telco’s.

Hosting Services

To be available on-line, your website must be hosted on an Internet server. We keep things local by managing hosting using Australian Server providers. We’ll manage your hosting and your email addresses for you so you only ever receive one invoice for everything to do with your website.

We’ll involve you in the design process by providing you a login to our test server where you can try out your website as it develops. This gives you better control over the final product and helps us meet your expectations. This process is both quick & efficient without sacrificing the quality of the end product.

Long Term Maintenance

Once your website is live, we will maintain it for you. Any changes or additions you need are dealt with quickly & efficiently via email or phone call. We believe a good website is an up to date website but control always rests with you. We don’t charge an annual maintenance fee, we only charge for our time updating your site pro rata & calculated to the nearest minute so you save both time & money.
